退換貨政策說明｜Return & Exchange Policy

親愛的顧客您好，感謝您選購【VegeNova 梵諾瓦】產品，我們重視每一位顧客的權益與滿意度。若您對收到的商品有任何疑問，請詳閱以下退換貨說明，並於期限內與我們聯繫，我們將誠摯為您處理。

Dear customer, thank you for purchasing VegeNova products. We care about your satisfaction and rights. If you have any questions about the product you received, please carefully review the following policy and contact us within the specified time. We will gladly assist you.

一、退貨須知｜Returns

根據《消費者保護法》第19條規定，您享有商品到貨起 七日鑑賞期（包含例假日）。鑑賞期非試用期，退貨商品須保持全新、未拆封，並保持原包裝完整。

According to Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day right of appreciation (calendar days) starting from the day the product arrives. This is not a trial period. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

可申請退貨條件｜Eligible Return Conditions：

  • 商品未拆封、未使用，且包裝完整

  • 於到貨後七日內提出申請

  • 非屬個人衛生或食品類已拆封商品

  • 附有購買憑證（如訂單號碼、發票等）

二、不可退貨情況｜Non-returnable Items

以下情況恕不接受退貨與退款：

The following conditions do not qualify for return or refund:

  • 商品已拆封、使用或非原始狀態（如包裝破損、配件不齊）

  • 超過七日鑑賞期

  • 食品類產品一經拆封或食用

  • 因個人喜好、感受、過敏等主觀因素

  • 未附訂單編號、收據或無法確認購買紀錄

三、換貨服務｜Exchanges

若您收到的商品出現下列情形，我們將免費為您更換相同產品：

If the product you received has one of the following issues, we will exchange it at no additional cost:

  • 出貨錯誤（非訂購商品）

  • 商品瑕疵或運送過程損壞（請提供照片佐證）

請於收到商品後3日內與我們聯繫，並提供商品照片與訂單資訊。

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product and provide a photo and your order number.

四、退換貨流程｜Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. 聯繫客服，提供訂單編號、姓名、聯絡資訊與退換原因
    Contact customer service with your order number, name, contact info, and reason for return/exchange.

  2. 客服確認符合退換條件後，會提供寄回方式與處理說明
    Our team will confirm the request and provide return/exchange instructions.

  3. 商品寄回並確認無誤後，退款將於 7 個工作天內完成原路退回
    Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

退貨運費： 若因商品本身問題造成退貨或換貨，將由我們負擔運費。若因個人因素退貨（如：下錯單），運費需由買方自付。
Return Shipping Fee: If the return is due to product defects or errors, we will cover the shipping. For personal reasons (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
